Making claims of seamless ground to space travel, fancy artwork and immersive worlds is easy at E3, but how will it look in-game? In the case of Ubisoft’s E3 presentation, it seems they can back up their fancy cinematic intro with some stunning in-engine graphics shown here! We also get so see a very seamless transition from a camera zooming out from Knox standing on a giant statue to being zoomed all the way out and seeing the entire moon! So far the in-engine game looks promising, we at TEST Gaming look forward to seeing the game progress!
An unlikely competitor has emerged! One of the most fun filled and exciting previews out of E3 was Beyond Good and Evil 2! Not having played the first one, I have no idea what is happening with this story line, but if the in-game action comes anything close to what the this promotional video shows, then this game is going to be a lot of fun! So what does this have to do with Star Citizen you ask? Nothing! Except that we have yet another game promising seamless transitions from the surface of a planet into space, and back down to […]
It is one of those “why was this not a thing before?” type moments. It makes perfect sense, your mouse pad doubles as a charging pad for your wireless mouse! The new technology dubbed “Powerplay” allows you to always have your mouse fully charged as long as it is on the pad. Since your mouse will never leave the pad unless you dog gets a hold of it, gone are the days of having to stop in the middle of a game to replace the batteries or hook up the cable to charge up the mouse. Logitech claims they spent […]

PC gamers might not be the biggest fans of the stunts that Rockstar Games have pulled in the past. Delays are always expected, originally RDR2 was supposed to be released in Fall 2017, but has now being pushed back to Spring of 2018. Rockstar has built RDR2 from the ground up specifically for the new generation consoles. They cite this as the reason for the delayed release as they want to ensure they can deliver the best experience across platforms. In other words this is industry talk for “we ran into some horrible issues we need to sort out before we […]

In an age old tradition, backers of Star Citizen love digging through the smallest details of concept art to find secrets, hints and hidden messages! In the latest of these adventures, we find ourselves embarking on a journey to find the true size of a ship called the Banu Merchantman. This ship was originally announced in 2013 with little more than some early artwork and vague description of its role and purpose. After much anticipation, some new clues emerged last week when a smaller Banu ship called the Defender was released. The fighter class ship came with new concept art that […]
Has our demand for more dakka found its answer? The new heavy fighter was revealed on Friday, it is the Anvil Hurricane! A small ship that packs a big punch! Described as a glass cannon, it delivers what the description implies. Weighing in at 15,500kg, it is 7000kg lighter than the Super Hornet. This metric confused many at most because it is not heavy at all and is actually smaller in length as you can see by this side by side comparison: The heavy part of this fighter comes from the impressive weaponry that has been bolted onto the manned […]
Do you miss the Commonwealth? It is about time you went back to visit, this time with glorious 4k textures courtesy of Bethesda! While Bethesda is no longer making any more DLC’s, next week we will have an amazing high resolution texture pack coming to breath new life into the game, which already has a thriving modding community. But wait! There is more! We can also expect some news about Fallout 4 VR this summer, ensuring that your adventures around Diamond City can continue well into 2017! The texture pack for FO4 is pretty heavy compared to the Skyrim special […]
