Over the past month, there has been rigorous testing by the Evocati (a select group of backers who test early patches), which as of yesterday has expanded to include all backers.
This usually happens before a release is deemed good enough for a public consumption, we expect to see 3.1 public within a week if there are no serious bugs.
For those of you that are new or just following the development of Star Citizen, in patch 3.1 a few additional ships have been added including the Reclaimer, Razor and Cyclone.
- Updated misison rewards so higher tier missions and misison giver missions are more rewarding.
- Derelicts should no longer spawn inside of asteroids.
- Fixed 2 crashes.
- Server crash fix.
- Attempt 2 to defuse polybomb.
Known bugs, issues, and work arounds (W/A):
- 40014 will cause a client crash. W/A: If this occurs, wait 10 minutes and relaunch.
